What cookies are

Small files a site stores on your device, usually to remember something between pages or to count visits.

What this site uses

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they come from. It sets these cookies:

These don’t tell us who you are. We don’t use Google Analytics for advertising, and we haven’t enabled Google’s advertising features.

What we don’t use

Fonts

Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address when a page loads. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — look for “Privacy” or “Cookies”. Blocking analytics cookies won’t stop any part of this site working; you’ll just be invisible in our numbers, which is entirely your right.

You can also install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to stop Analytics on every site you visit.

If you’re in the UK or EU

Analytics cookies require your consent before they’re set. If you’re reading this before we’ve added a consent banner, treat that as outstanding — it’s on the list, and until it’s in place you should assume analytics may run on page load.

Changes

If we add or remove anything that sets a cookie, we’ll update this page and the date above.
