These terms govern your use of the ShoppaLite website at shoppalite.com, operated by ShoppaLite Ltd, [registered address]. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
2. What this site is
An information page for a product we are building. ShoppaLite is not yet available. Nothing here is an offer to provide a service, and no seller or buyer account exists yet.
3. Registering your interest
- It’s free, and it doesn’t create a contract between us.
- It doesn’t reserve a place, guarantee access, or guarantee a launch date.
- Give us an email address you control, and only your own.
- You can ask to be removed at any time — our contact form.
4. The early-access offer
We intend to give people who register before launch a set of benefits (“freebies”). What exactly those are will be confirmed by email before launch. We may change or withdraw the offer if we have to, and we’ll tell the list if that happens rather than quietly dropping it.
5. What’s ours
The ShoppaLite name, logo, wording, design and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share the pages; please don’t copy the design or content to pass off as your own, and don’t scrape the site.
6. Using the site properly
- Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Don’t submit anything false, abusive, or belonging to someone else.
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.
7. Accuracy
We describe a product still in development. Features, pricing and timing may change, and descriptions here are not guarantees of what will ship. We keep the site as accurate as we can but don’t warrant that it is error-free or always available.
8. Other sites
Where we link elsewhere — WhatsApp, for instance — we’re not responsible for those services or their terms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for loss arising from use of this pre-launch site, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. Separate terms will govern the ShoppaLite service when it launches.
